Custom Cake Orders

Custom cakes are handcrafted based on customer specifications.

Flavour

Wording or messages
Delivery date and time
Delivery address

Minor variations in colour, decoration, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Such variations do not constitute defects.

Reference images are used as inspiration only. Exact replication cannot always be guaranteed.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be charged according to the price agreed at the time of purchase.

Payments

Payment must be completed using the payment methods accepted by SJ Cake Art LLC. Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.

Delivery

SJ Cake Art LLC currently delivers only within Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.

While we strive to deliver within the agreed time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Collection

Customers choosing self-collection must collect their order at the agreed date and time. SJ Cake Art LLC is not responsible for damage occurring after the cake has been collected. Customers are advised to transport cakes carefully and keep them on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle whenever possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be made as early as possible. Because many products are custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Refunds for cancelled orders will be considered at our discretion depending on the stage of preparation.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, cakes and bakery items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photographs and your order details. Eligible issues will be reviewed, and where appropriate, we may offer:

A replacement product
Store credit
A partial or full refund at our discretion
